Recipe for Disaster

Let simmer softly and blanch by fear
Don’t mix to blended, separate by kind
Let white dough rise and othered bind
Bring to boil, let hate infuse
Reduce the heat when chaos ensues

Day Two of the NaPoWriMo challenge is to write a poem inspired by, or in the form of, a recipe! It can be a recipe for something real, like your grandmother’s lemon chiffon cake, or for something imaginary, like a love potion or a spell.
